We exist to be a Spirit-filled whānau that encounters the love of Jesus, to see
people grow in Him and bring transformation to our community and beyond.
Meet the Team
At Te Puke Baptist, leadership is about serving and pointing people to Jesus. Our Eldership provide prayerful governance and oversight, helping us stay faithful to God’s Word, discern vision, and steward resources wisely.
Alongside them, our Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) oversees different areas of ministry – encouraging, equipping, and supporting those who serve in kids, youth, worship, pastoral care, global mission, and more.
Together, these teams provide both spiritual guidance and practical direction, so that our whole church whānau can flourish. Ultimately, all leadership here seeks to lift our eyes to Jesus, the true head of the church
